As competition season approaches, now is the time to sharpen your skills, dial in your technique, and make sure your tricks are performance-ready. The Fall AcroELEVATE Experience is a focused weekend of elite training, designed specifically for Acro dancers who are ready to elevate their performance and hit the floor with confidence.
You’ll train in a high-energy, hands-on environment with experienced Acro educators who know how to help dancers break through barriers and land their next big trick.
We’ll work on:

The Fall AcroELEVATE Experience is open to dancers ages 7–17 with a minimum of 2 years of Acro training and a strong foundation in Acro technique. Whether you're prepping for your first competition or working toward elite-level skills, you'll receive level-specific training that meets you where you are—and pushes you forward.

📌 Junior –
✔️ Can confidently perform Front and Back Walkovers.
✔️ Has started working on Aerial preparations.
✔️ Focus on strength, alignment, and progressions toward Aerials, & Back Limbers.
📌 Intermediate –
✔️ Has strong, consistent Aerials.
✔️ Is working on Back Handsprings and Roundoff- back Handsprings.
✔️ Has started training Front Aerials.
📌 Advanced –
✔️ Has solid Back Handsprings.
✔️Has strong Side and Front Aerials.
✔️ Is working on or can already do Roundoff Back Tucks and Layouts.
Dancers must be at least 7 years old with a minimum of 2 years of Acro experience. At minimum, dancers should be able to confidently perform front and back walkovers.
You’ll choose Junior, Intermediate, or Advanced based on your dancer’s current abilities. Full descriptions are listed above, and we’ll ensure each dancer is placed in the right group based on what they’re currently working on.
Both. We’ll use mats for learning and drills, and we’ll also help dancers transition their tricks to hard floor—especially important for competition prep.
Water bottle, activewear, hair tied back - Also bring a snack for our break time.
Once a level group is full, registration will close. We recommend signing up early to avoid disappointment. This event has a maximum of 20 spots per class available.
Select the level that best matches their current training focus. We’ll assess and adjust placements slightly if needed to ensure every dancer is challenged appropriately.
